The purpose of this policy is to prevent unnecessary restrictions on the availability of our studios, and to prevent events that may be detrimental to the business.
A) Any request for a reservation is valid only when confirmed by us by e-mail or telephone.
B) The duration of the booking is binding. If you wish to terminate it earlier than the preset duration, the charges will only be adjusted if this does not cause side effects or damage to the business.
C) If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, be sure to let us know in advance to avoid any charges.

1) Cancellations requested up to 2 days before the scheduled date are 100% charged.
2) Cancellations requested from 3 to 4 days before the scheduled date will be charged at 50%.
3) Cancellations requested 5 or more days before the scheduled date are not subject to charges.
